WORKSHOPS "FLAVORS AND COLORS"

Stays in May and June : adults only, cooking classes proposed by Aspassia, near Rethymno, Marianna, in the south of the island in Moires, and Stefanos, at the botanical garden of Spili. A discovery of the RETHYMNO region with wine tasting, estate visits, tasting of oils, honey, cheese and site visits.

 

Stay in July and October : "special family" stays for children (from 6 years old) and adults. Parents and children will learn the secrets of Cretan cuisine, and together, (re) discover the benefits of healthy cooking and a varied diet.

After intending the lessons and tasting the fruit of your work, you will discover the most beautiful sites of the island.  You will meet Cretan people, You will swim in the warm waters of Matala, dine on the village square of Sivas, walk through the narrow streets of the Venetian city of Rethymno, meet Yiorgos, Margarites, or Stefanos in Spili ... Preveli lagoon will have no more secrets for you, and the gorges of Imbros will compensate your efforts by a dakos prepared by Kostas, Hora Sfakion ...
